Delays and timing uncertainty associated with major projects make workforce planning and deployment scheduling extremely difficult and expensive. If you are unable to deploy in time, or if your deployed workforce is too large, costs escalate.
Site WorkReady Workforce Process
The client executes the standard permanent recruitment process, but subject to requirements can extend the training and cross skilling program at our Philippines based facility.
While waiting for deployment, workers follow a training program that enhances their skills and effectiveness on-site or in the workshop. Candidates are housed, fed and trained at the Clark Freeport Zone facility at attractive rates, with the candidate receiving a living stipend. Clients have a deployment ready workforce, however are not paying international compensation until they are deployed.
This is not a labour hire arrangement – candidates are contracted as permanent employees of the client company, however they have flexible deployment schedules.
