Site WorkReady Workforce Process
The client executes the standard permanent recruitment process, but subject to requirements can extend the training and cross skilling program at our Philippines based facility.A�
While waiting for deployment, workers follow a training program that enhances their skills and effectiveness on-site or in the workshop.A� Candidates are housed, fed and trained at the Clark Freeport Zone facility at attractive rates, with the candidate receiving a living stipend.A� Clients have a deployment ready workforce, however are not paying international compensation until they are deployed.A�
This is not a labour hire arrangement – candidates are contracted as permanent employees of the client company, however they have flexible deployment schedules.
