A. Site WorkReady’s training facility has the capability to accommodate and feed these applicants whilst they are training on a full time basis. With a small allowance for family essentials this now allows the applicant to focus 100% on his English training 8 hours a day 5 1/2 days a week until successful. This quickens the process considerably.

Anyone can get the client volumes to line-up but with the slowly diminishing pool of skilled workers how do you get a quality line up.
Q. On my next recruitment campaign how do I ensure I will get a quality line up of skilled workers that meet my requirements to interview?

We use our 300 thousand square metre world class training facility in Clark to put all our applicants through a Practical and Technical testing process prior to being put in front of the client. For example if we have a client whom requires a fabricator but needs 6G welding experience we will offer to up skill/train the applicant accordingly.
